This is an enhanced probation intervention targeted at high-risk individuals in three counties in California. The program is rated Ineffective. There were no statistically significant effects of the intervention on rearrest. At one site, the treatment group had statistically significantly more technical violations, than the comparison group; however, there were no statistically significant effects on technical violation rates at the other two sites.
